Richard founded the company in 1978. He has broad and diverse experience performing and overseeing audits of financial statements, reviews and evaluations of accounting systems, compilations and reviews; preparation of “single audits,” Federal and State tax returns, budgets, cost analysis and estimates.
His computer experience includes evaluation, selection, and implementation of P.C. computer systems, including hardware and software. Software includes several general ledger, utility and spreadsheet applications.
Teresa has been involved extensively with public housing authorities, not-for-profit agencies, as well as various governmental agencies for over thirty years.
Her responsibilities include primarily servicing firm clients, consulting, and overseeing special projects within the public housing industry. She is responsible for all firm administration, including personnel administration, client administration, training and development of staff, as well as the partner-in-charge of Quality Control and Peer Review.
Teresa trains nationally in the areas of financial management of Federal Conventional and Section 8 programs.
